At the intersection between internalized pain and externalized production lies practice. It simultaneously is and presents new solutions. For its inaugural Brooklyn exhibition, 315 presents the work of seven artists entrenched in physically demanding practices, inhabiting personal suffering as a means to approach broad understandings of moving past the bump in the road. *We do not know enough about the mind, or how the conundrum of the imagination dictates, discovers, or can dismember what we feel, or what we find. Perhaps one must learn to trust one’s terror:
